Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the rules for cancelling purchases, requesting refunds for digital credits, and the limitations thereof.

1. Credit Delivery

The only product sold by Civlee is digital generation credits. Upon purchase, these credits are automatically and instantly delivered to your account. We sell no physical products.

2. Credit Usage and Consumption

When you use the Civlee Service to generate an audio drama chapter, the corresponding credits are immediately deducted from your account balance. Once credits are used for generation, that use is considered final and irreversible.

4. Refund Limitation and Account Closure

To prevent abuse of the refund process, a strict limit is imposed:

  • A user account is permitted to request and receive a refund for unused credits a maximum of three (3) times.
  • Upon the third successful refund request for unused credits, the user's account will be permanently closed, and no further services will be offered.

5. Termination and Refunds

If Civlee terminates or suspends your account due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions (e.g., prohibited content or T&C breach), any remaining unused credits are still eligible for a refund upon request, subject to the three-time limit in Section 4.
