A. Active Account Data

B. Post-Deletion Retention

When you request account deletion:

Your account is marked for deletion within seven (7) days.
We will retain certain security-related data for an additional 30 days for security and auditing purposes, unless required to retain it for a longer period by law or for ongoing security retention purposes.
Content Retention: Any audio dramas you generated and stored on the platform are not auto-deleted but are anonymized and permanently unlinked from your account.

C. Governing Law

Any retention period may be overridden if a longer period is required by the Laws of Karnataka, India, or as mandated by the Bengaluru High Court in a legal proceeding.
