Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

Territorial Restriction: The Service is intended for use only by residents in North America, South America, and Australia. Use of the Service outside of these territories is at your own risk.

Registration: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.

Suspension and Termination: Civlee reserves the right to suspend or block your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to violations of the Content Policy or Copyright Protection clauses.

Account Deletion (User Request): You may request account deletion at any time. Accounts are marked for deletion within seven (7) days of the request. Content created by you is not auto-deleted but is anonymized and unlinked from your account.

Delivery: Civlee sells digital credits for generation. These credits are auto-delivered to your account upon purchase. No physical products are sold.

User Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the manuscripts you upload and the resulting audio dramas generated by the Service ("User Content"). Civlee claims no ownership rights over your User Content.

Limited Operational License: By uploading your manuscript, you grant Civlee a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, host, store, process, and publicly perform the User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you (e.g., generating and storing the audio drama). This license automatically terminates when you delete the User Content from the Service.

User Warranties: You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload and generate audio dramas from the User Content and that its use by Civlee does not violate the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, transmit, or generate any User Content that is illegal or prohibited, including but not limited to hate speech, racism, sexual abuse, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), gore, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Moderation System: We utilize an LLM-based moderation system to flag and prevent the generation of prohibited content.

Reporting Unflagged Content: If you encounter any content that has bypassed our moderation system, please report it immediately to founder@civlee.com.

Service Level Agreement (SLA): Civlee will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available 99% of the time. This guarantee does not apply to scheduled maintenance or factors outside of our control.

"AS IS" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Civlee disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, India, specifically the Bengaluru High Court, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
